Privacy Notice
How appadsmanager.app processes personal data, and the rights you have over it. This notice covers the website. What the mobile app collects is described separately in the app privacy policy.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here, within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR, is:
Remington VörtmannMesterkamp 36
22083 Hamburg
hello@appadsmanager.app
The full provider identification is in the Impressum.
2. What is processed when you visit
Loading a page from this site necessarily transmits your device's IP address to the server that delivers it, because that is the address the response is sent back to. No account, no form and no tracking pixel is involved; this is a property of how the web works.
Purpose and legal basis
Your IP address is processed only to deliver the requested page to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website. It is not used to identify you and is not combined with any other source.
Retention
This site keeps no access logs. Your IP address is processed only transiently, for as long as it takes to deliver the page, and is not stored.
3. Hosting
This site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany), on servers located in Germany. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf and on our instructions as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, under a data processing agreement. No personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
4. Cookies and storage on your device
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It runs no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds. Because nothing non-essential is stored on or read from your terminal equipment, no consent banner is required (§ 25 TDDDG), and none is shown.
5. Your rights
In respect of personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:
- Access — confirmation of whether we process data about you, and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate data, and completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Erasure — deletion, where one of the grounds in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
- Restriction of processing — in the cases listed in Art. 18 GDPR.
- Data portability — receipt of data you provided, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Objection — you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21(1) GDPR). The processing described in section 2 rests on that basis. If you object, we will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
Where we have rectified, erased or restricted data, we notify each recipient of it, unless that proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort (Art. 19 GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@appadsmanager.app.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
Independently of any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
The supervisory authority competent for us is the Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HmbBfDI), Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, datenschutz-hamburg.de.
6. Matters on which nothing happens
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide any data to this site; the consequence of the request data in section 2 not being transmitted is simply that the page cannot be delivered to you. No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22(1) and (4) GDPR takes place.
7. Changes to this notice
This notice describes the site as it is currently configured. It is regenerated when the hosting changes, which is the only thing that changes what the site processes. Data collected by the mobile app is governed by a different document, updated on a different trigger: the app privacy policy.
